Consolidated Graphics Buys Kohler Print Assets

October 13, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX) said that a subsidiary of its Nies/Artcraft, Inc. unit has acquired certain assets of The Kohler Print Group and Pinnacle Press. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

St. Louis, Missouri-based Kohler Print Group is a commercial printing firm. Consolidated said that Kohler owners Kevin Kohler, Kent Kohler and Keith Kohler and certain other employees of the Kohler Print have joined Nies/Kohler.

Houston-based Consolidated Graphics is a general commercial printing firm with 70 printing businesses strategically located across 27 states, Canada, and in Prague, Czech Republic.
